Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were newly redone with a comfortable king size bed, though the view overlooking the pool wasn't the best. The service was incredibly accommodating, but I found the dining options to be a bit limited. The location was superb, being near SeaTac and offering convenient services like printing boarding passes. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious but lacked proper soundproofing, making it difficult to rest after a long flight. On the plus side, the service was exceptional and the location was convenient for airport access.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were cool but smelled old and musty, and the cost of $300 per night was a bit steep, especially considering the cleanliness issues like visible soap scum in the bathroom. However, booking through AARP as part of a package deal helped save some money.
The hotel had beautifully decorated rooms that were very quiet and very clean, providing everything I needed for a very comfortable night before my early flight. However, the poor lighting with no desk lamp made it hard to do any work or email. The view from the room was of the 'removed' pool, and the noise all night was disruptive and couldn't be turned off.
The hotel provided a good night's sleep with a comfortable bed but the noise from outside and inside was disruptive. The newly redone room offered a cozy king-size bed but felt stuffy at times.
The hotel rooms had a musty smell and were smaller than expected, but they did provide a bottle of water. The cleanliness was lacking with visible soap scum in the bathroom. The service was exceptional, with incredibly nice and helpful staff. The location was very good, close to the airport and convenient for travel. Dining options were available but overly expensive. Overall, a mixed experience with room size and cleanliness concerns, but great service and convenient location.
